No acting experience is required, but applicants must be trained MRI techs and meet other criteria. Extra hopefuls reach out to Grant Wilfley casting to apply!

Wildwood Eyes Atlantic City Airshow, But Challenges Remain for 2025

The Atlantic City Airshow, a longtime summer attraction, was canceled for 2025, prompting organizers to find a new location. Wildwood is hoping to host the event as "The Wildwoods Thunder Over The Waves Air Show" from September 5th to 7th. Longtime Wildwood Mayor and Commissioner Ernie Troiano has acknowledged that while discussions are ongoing, there are still significant hurdles to clear before any decision is finalized. The show would be free for spectators, with prime viewing areas along the beach between Seaport Pier and the Wildwoods Convention Center. VIP ticketed sections would be available at select locations. While the official lineup has not been announced, the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds will not be participating. The event would replace the previously canceled Roar at the Shore and aims to draw large crowds to Wildwood.

Cape May GOP Backs Ciattarelli; Absentee Rivals Face Criticism

Jack Ciattarelli secured the Cape May County GOP’s endorsement unopposed at the first Republican convention of the 2025 New Jersey gubernatorial race. Other candidates, including Bill Spadea and Ed Durr, declined to participate, drawing criticism from local party leadership. Spadea, however, received backing from Wildwood Crest’s deputy mayor. Along with Ciattarelli, Cape May Republicans endorsed several incumbents for re-election. The Democratic endorsement process will begin on Sunday in Hunterdon County.
