Gas Price Surge Highlights Divisions Over U.S. Energy Policies

Gas prices in New Jersey have risen to $2.97 per gallon, up from $2.92 a month ago, following a summer low of $2.75. While prices remain lower than last year's $3.26 average for the same period, the increase highlights ongoing volatility tied to global factors like OPEC cuts and domestic energy policy debates. With the 2024 election, energy independence and fossil fuel policies have become central issues, with President Biden and former President Trump presenting opposing strategies.

Creamy Delight: Wawa’s Lobster Bisque Stuns South Jersey Seafood Fans

South Jersey is brimming with options for lobster bisque, from top restaurants like The Lobster House in Cape May to carryout spots like Bob’s Seafood in Northfield. While traditional restaurants still hold their place for a leisurely meal, Wawa offers an unexpectedly strong contender for those on the go. Yes, Wawa. Known for its coffee and hoagies, this East Coast convenience chain has managed to whip up a surprisingly satisfying lobster bisque. Creamy, full-bodied, and packed with a perfectly balanced “lobstery” flavor, it’s a standout option for the price and convenience.
