The retirement comes amidst broader personnel and legal challenges for the borough. Stone Harbor is currently facing lawsuits from a former administrator, a former clerk, and a current employee. Additionally, the borough’s recreation director position is vacant following the departure of Shannon MacPherson, which was briefly acknowledged during the November 19 council meeting without further explanation.
