UFO Speculation Grows After Atlantic City Sighting Video Emerges
A recent video from Atlantic City showing a bright, hovering light has sparked local speculation about UFO sightings. Posted by a YouTube user, the video resembles another recent sighting from Egg Harbor Township. While some believe the objects could be extraterrestrial, others suggest more mundane explanations, such as planets or the camera's view being partially obstructed. The UFO debate continues to stir conversation in South Jersey.
Pennsylvania Driver Killed, Another Injured in Head-On Cape May County Crash
A tragic head-on collision in Cape May County on Tuesday afternoon claimed the life of a Pennsylvania driver and left another man seriously injured. The accident occurred on Route 47, near Tyler Road in Dennis Township, when a sedan and an SUV collided. It resulted in the death of Thomas Grau, 55, and left a 74-year-old man from Ardmore, Pennsylvania, critically injured. Grau’s car crossed the centerline, striking the SUV. The injured driver was airlifted to a hospital, while the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Potential Flooding in Cape May, Cumberland, Atlantic: Residents Urged to Prepare
A coastal flood advisory has been issued for Cape May, Cumberland, and Atlantic counties from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday. Elevated tides may cause up to one foot of flooding in low-lying areas. Residents are advised to avoid flooded roads and take precautions to protect property. Further rounds of minor coastal flooding could occur over the weekend, especially around high tide. The NWS reminds residents to take proactive steps to protect property, particularly in flood-prone areas. This includes moving vehicles to higher ground and securing loose outdoor items.
