Sea & Leaf Opens as Cape May County’s Second Cannabis Retail Outlet

Sea & Leaf, the second state-licensed cannabis facility in Cape May County, opened on July 10 at the North Cape Shopping Center. Owner Dilpreet “Jimmy” Singh spent nearly two years obtaining state approval. The store offers edibles, vape pens, and flowers, and sold many pre-rolls and edibles in its first two days. Following a soft opening on June 24, the store adheres to state regulations by displaying empty containers and using multiple security measures. Anyone over 21 can purchase cannabis products without a medical card.

The police, alerted by bystanders, found Fletcher under the influence and initiated a joint investigation with the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office. Fletcher is now in custody at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
