The Delaware River and Bay Authority has sanctioned a $5.5 million investment for a new 15,000-square-foot, multi-tenant light industrial building at Cape May Airport, aiming to start construction next month with a 2025 completion goal. This initiative, the third of its kind, aims to accommodate the growing demand for commercial space, bolstering the airport's economic impact. With design and construction helmed by C&S Companies and Arthur J. Massive Heroin Bust in Cape May County Leads to Arrest of Rio Grande Resident
